Exercise descriptions:
-Knee hugs: Sit with your knees up at a 90 degree angle and your arms out.  Straighten your knees and lean back, then come back to hugging your knees.
-Alt hand toe touch: Lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air, alternate reaching towards your opposite foot
-Jackknives: Lie on your back, bring your arms + legs up so you're in a 'V' position, then go back down (if you're doing it right, it will be hard!)
-Double crunches: Lie on your back with your knees in the air at a 90 degree angle, do a crunch and lift your butt up at the same time
-Alt knee toe touch: Start with both legs in the air, bring one leg close to the ground and reach for the knee of the leg that's in the air with your opposite hand...alternate back + forth
